Duncan: 39 Weeks Old

This cutie pattootie is 39 weeks old today! What a week we've had!

You wouldn't know it from this angelic face but Duncan has been SUPER clingy & fussy this week! He is constantly climbing on me to be picked up, whiney, wanting to be held a lot, won't let me out of his sight, cries if I leave the room for a split second, gets mega frustrated & angry when he can't get to something or can't pull himself up on the furniture... It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anything done while he is awake. Let's hope this passes soon. The house is a wreck!

What Duncan's been up to this week:
-  Eating yogurt melts and LOVES them!
-  Likes avocado FINALLY! Yay!
-  Ate beef for the first time without even wincing. Another "Yay!"
-  Pulling himself up to standing. Imagine my surprise seeing him standing
    in his crib for the first time! He was terrified & was scared to let
    go of the railing so he hasn't figured out yet that he can sit back
    down. Cute and sad at the same time! :)

Despite Duncan's crazy fits of fussiness, we've had some fun. This week, we went to music play group and enjoyed some sunshine at the Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park. Mommy & Daddy celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary on a cold, foggy, & windy Sunday and there was lots of play time with the little dude!

It's mostly pictures for today's post because I am busy trying to get us packed. You wouldn't think such a little person needs so much stuff, but he sure does! We're leaving on vacation in the morning! Woohoo! Wish us luck! :)
